The Thirteenth

Somewhere in the galaxy roams a madman. A madman with a blue box. You never quite know it's him because his face keeps changing; he looks different every time. But I've worked it out. I've seen twelve different faces; old, young, glad, sad, all with those same weeping eyes. But now it's different.

This is the Thirteenth.
