Remember Nico and Wilbur? This is someone else from their story/airship crew.

Meet Cipher! He's about twelve years old, never talks (well, okay, sometimes he talks to Lollie, the ship doctor, but...) and is a total super genius. He NEVER takes those goggles off, and he ALWAYS knows the answer. He's a total sweetheart and pretty darn brave.
